  - Zunda mochi (ずんだもち): Zunda mochi is "sweet edamame mochi", which is a traditional Japanese confectionery of glutinous rice cakes topped with sweet mashed edamame paste. The warm, chewy dessert is a popular specialty of the Miyagi Prefecture in Japan, where it’s served at important events as well as afternoon tea.
