Refund Policy

We aim to provide quality items that are carefully packed for shipping and we hope that you have a great experience shopping with us. If you have received incorrect, damaged, or faulty items, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund, replacement, or exchange. If 7 days have gone by since you received your goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or replacement. Please do not send your items back before contacting us as your return has to be approved first.

Return Procedure:

  1. Contact us: If your order arrive with any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us via email at mokubungu@gmail.com including order number and detailed photo information within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Return the itemsAll items must be returned in original brand new condition, unopened and have their original barcode sticker, original packaging, etc (if applicable) to be eligible for a refund. Please consider to send with registered post service, as Moku Bungu will not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.
  3. Refund/Replacement/Exchange: After receiving your returned items, if you choose to receive refund, it will be processed to your original method of payment. If you choose to have replacement or exchange, we will keep you updated once the the replaced/exchanged items are shipped.
*PLEASE NOTE: All shipping fees are non-refundable:
    • Original shipping fees: the refund will be for the items only, not for the postage costs. If your purchase was sent with free shipping, we will withhold the cost of the postage.
    • Return shipping fees: you will be responsible for the return postage to send the items back to Moku Bungu.
    • Replacement/Exchange shipping fees: you will have to pay for postage in the case of replacement and exchange.
