Thank you for purchasing from the TRAVELER'S notebook LOVE AND TRIP Collection! As our valued customer, you’re invited to join our exclusive creative contest for a chance to win a special TRAVELER'S COMPANY prize, including limited edition items like a tote bag, badge charm, leather tag, and more!

To enter, simply fill out the entry form we’ll email you after your order has been processed. Then, answer the question:
“What makes the TRAVELER’S notebook LOVE AND TRIP Collection special to you?”

Multiple winners will be selected based on creativity and originality. Each winner will receive one exclusive prize from the collection — so let your imagination shine!

This contest is exclusive to customers who have purchased the TRAVELER'S notebook LOVE AND TRIP Collection.

  • Contest Period
    • The Contest commences at 19:00PM AEST on 28 May 2025 and ends at 11:59PM AEST on 14 September 2025 ("Contest Period"). 
  •  Eligibility
    • The Promoter is Moku Bungu (ABN 79 732 980 428).
    • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over who have purchased at lease one item from the TRAVELER’S notebook LOVE AND TRIP Collection ("Participants").

    • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  • How to Enter
    • To enter the Contest, Participants must, during the Contest Period:
      • Complete the entry form provided via email, including their full name, email address, and order number; and
      • Answer the question in 150 words or less: “What makes the TRAVELER’S notebook LOVE AND TRIP Collection special to you?”; and
      • Select "yes" to agree to the Contest Terms and Conditions.
    • Entries not fully complying with the Terms & Conditions may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion. If a winning entry is deemed invalid, the entry will be discarded and the prize will be re-awarded as if the invalid entry has not been received.
    • Only one (1) entry is permitted per person during the Contest Period.
    • To withdraw from the Contest, Participants may email mokubungu@gmail.com to request removal.
  • Prize Details
    • Multiple winners will be selected, with each winner receiving one (1) special prize from the TRAVELER’S COMPANY collection — such as a tote bag, badge charm, leather tag, or other limited-edition items. Prizes may vary and will be allocated at the discretion of the Promoter.
    • All prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with another item of equal or greater value if necessary.
    • Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or store credit. Each prize will be awarded as it is and cannot be exchanged for other items.
  • Winner Selection & Notification
    • This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.
    • All eligible entries will be individually reviewed based on creativity, originality, and relevance to the question. The selection process will take place on 15 September 2025 at 12:00PM AEST.  
    • The Promoter may also select backup entries in case a winning entry is invalid or ineligible.
    • Winners will be contacted via email within two (2) business days of the selection decision being made.
    • If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to choose an alternate winner. This will take place on 25 September 2025 at the same time as the original selection, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The new winner will also be contacted within two (2) business days.
  • Proof and Validity 
    • The Promoter reserves the right to request that a participant or winner provides proof of identity, age, residency and order details to claim a Prize. Failure to provide suitable proof may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize.
    • Incomplete, inaccurate, or non-compliant entries may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion.
  • Publicity 
    • By entering, Participants agree that the Promoter may use their submitted responses for promotional or marketing purposes, such as sharing inspiring entries via email newsletters or social media. No names will be published without explicit consent.
  • Privacy & Communications 
    • Entrants’ personal information will be used solely to administer this Contest and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
    • Participants consent to being contacted by the Promoter regarding matters related to the Contest.
    • It is the Entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter if their contact details change during the Contest Period.
  • Promoter's Rights & Disclaimers 
    • The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time.
    • This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Google, or any other third-party platform used in connection with the Contest.
    • The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or failure to submit due to internet issues. Nor is the Promoter liable for any injuries, losses, or damages related to the prize or participation.
  • Agreement to Terms 
    • By submitting an entry, Participants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. All decisions made by the Promoter are final and not subject to appeal.
